Information you give us directly — when you submit the property listing form, fill a contact form, or message us on WhatsApp/call/email, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, property details (unit type, society, size, condition, asking price), and any notes you add.

Information collected automatically — when you browse the site, we automatically collect standard analytics data: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location (city-level, from IP), and referral source. This is collected via Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — see below.

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about properties you're interested in buying, selling, or renting.
• To list your property internally and connect it with prospective buyers/investors, if you submit it via our "Sell Your Property" form.
• To understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve content and site performance.
• To show you relevant ads about our services on Facebook/Instagram, via the Meta Pixel.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Property listing submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) and stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database with industry-standard access controls. Only Rashmi and her team can access this data, and it is used solely to follow up on your enquiry and match your property with prospective buyers.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — just reach out using the contact details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our site links to external sites (developer websites, YouTube, social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their own policies.
